Important – Changes to Hot meal Ordering Service – May 2018
We are delighted to continue to provide hot school meals for the pupils at Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School. The school currently runs an online system (WisePay) and a paper system to enable you to book meals. We are pleased to inform you that from May meal ordering will be changing to Chartwells online system instead of WisePay and the paper system.
The advantages of Chartwells online is that it will enable parents/carers to order during the holidays and have much shorter deadlines.
Attached to this letter is the Summer 2018 Menu and a ‘Chartwells Online Ordering Guidelines’ leaflet. The online guide describes the process on how to register and place your hot meal orders for week commencing Monday 4th June 2018 and beyond. In the leaflet it covers under FAQ’s if you need to cancel a meal. The timescale for this has changed from 48 hours’ notice to 72 hours’ notice. (Please note that you will need to place your order by midnight on Sunday 27th May 2018).
If you do not have access to the internet please contact Chartwells directly, not the school, on 01202 691038 who will place your child’s meal orders on your behalf.
Chartwells will be visiting the school on Tuesday 8th May and Tuesday 22nd May from 2.30pm to 3.30pm to support you, if you would like help setting up your online account. Please come to the office on those days.
The Summer menu runs through to the end of next term and we recommend that you book meals for the whole term to ensure meals have been ordered without having to remember to book them on a weekly basis.
